Channel for Athena. Conduit of Universal Consciousness. Kundalini-Activated Guide. Wife. Mother. Grandmother.
My journey began like many others — searching for meaning, purpose, and truth. For decades, I studied metaphysics, spirituality, and the nature of consciousness, not realizing that the answers I sought were preparing me for something extraordinary.
About twenty years ago, I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening — a profound energetic opening that completely transformed my understanding of life and reality. It was during this time that a collective consciousness began to make itself known to me.
At first, I resisted. I questioned what was happening and why it had chosen me. But over time, through continued practice, surrender, and trust, the messages became clear: I was meant to serve as their channel to bring forward universal truth in a language the human heart could understand.
Today, through Athena In Truth, I share their transmissions and teachings with the world, helping others connect to their higher consciousness, release resistance, and remember their own divine power.
Athena’s teachings are not about ascension through perfection — they’re about freedom through remembrance. Their messages guide you to clear distortion, dissolve limitation, and live from the truth that you are already everything you seek.
I believe spirituality is not about separation from life, but the full embrace of it. It’s found in laughter, love, service, and self-acceptance.
To be spiritual is to live in your passion and power. Walk this Earth awake and unafraid and bring others with you.
My mission is simple: to help humanity rise in consciousness, one awakened being at a time.
